Specialist corrugated roof insulation for commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings in Scunthorpe and across Yorkshire & the North East — installed by ThermoFoam, part of the Duratite Group.

Corrugated roofs — metal, box profile and cement fibre — dominate Scunthorpe's industrial and agricultural stock, and almost all of them sweat, drip and pour heat out. Rigid boards can't follow the profile; spray foam can. Closed-cell foam bonds to every ridge and trough, sealing the laps and stopping condensation in a single application.
A 15–25 mm coat solves condensation; 25–75 mm delivers a full thermal upgrade with U-values down to around 0.18 W/m²K in the right build-up. The cured foam also stiffens older sheets and, on asbestos cement, encapsulates the surface in the same pass.

Rigid boards bridge the corrugations, leaving air channels that defeat the insulation and trap condensation. Spray foam follows the profile exactly.
15–25 mm to stop condensation; 25–75 mm where a thermal upgrade is the goal — specified after a free survey.
Yes — the cured foam adds rigidity to ageing sheets, often extending the roof's working life significantly.
