When you submit an enquiry or survey request we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, site postcode and project description. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange surveys, prepare quotations and deliver our services. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Enquiries are stored in our secure business management system and emailed to our enquiries inbox. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email and our business management system) and, where relevant, with companies in the Duratite Group of Companies for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Where a ThermoFoam-approved installer is best placed to quote for or carry out your work, we share your enquiry details with that installer — you confirm this by ticking the consent box on our enquiry forms.
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and thereafter as required for warranty, legal and accounting purposes.
