Specialist flat roof insulation for commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings in Cambridge and across the East of England — installed by ThermoFoam, part of the Duratite Group.

Flat roofs on Cambridge's commercial buildings are high-risk: interstitial condensation, deck rot and patchwork board insulation full of gaps. Sprayed from below, closed-cell foam forms one continuous layer that follows every upstand, penetration and detail — the gaps board systems always leave are simply never created.
Condensation risk is assessed against BS 5250:2021 before installation, and the system is chosen to suit the build-up: Nexseal LE closed-cell (λ 0.027 W/m·K) with its integral vapour barrier, or Sucraseal open-cell (λ 0.039) where breathability is required. Full documentation and a 25-year manufacturer warranty at handover.
